Western Theological Seminary is an evangelical and ecumenical community of faith and learning in the Reformed tradition that serves the church of Jesus Christ. WTS equips women and men for Christ-centered, biblically-based, theologically integrated, culturally competent, and mission-oriented Christian leadership. The seminary offers a variety of professional and graduate degree programs for candidates for ministry and to those pursuing careers in academia and non-theological fields. Many of these degrees can be completed either online or in person.

WTS was established in 1866 and is located in Holland, Michigan. It is affiliated with the Reformed Church in America, a mainline Reformed Protestant Denomination in Canada and the United States.
