This class introduces students to biblical, theological, and philosophical foundations for providing pastoral care.
Caring for people in crisis, grief, or deep struggle is one of the most meaningful—and challenging—parts of ministry. This course offers a thoughtful introduction to the heart of pastoral care, equipping you with biblical, theological, and philosophical foundations for walking alongside others with wisdom and compassion.
You’ll explore how to integrate your Christian faith with practical tools for offering hope, presence, and support in life’s most difficult moments. Whether you're a pastor, ministry leader, or simply someone who wants to care well, this course will help you grow in both understanding and confidence.
